Fall Canning


Yep its canning season again. Each year I choose a few recipies and do a batch or 12. My staple are dilly beans. The last two years I have been trying to make a jam each time and this time it was a peach raspberry conserve. The color is absolutely beautiful.

Working in the kitchen always gives me a moment to pause and appreciate, color texture, smells and of course….the flavors.
